The internship report should look as follows:
short description of the company or the field of activity in the respective department of the company
weekly report (selected subtasks within an internship section)
or
project report (comprehensive report on entire internship sections)
and
Internship certificate or a certificate from the company on the performance of the internship activity.
The overall report should have a minimum length of one A4 page per week.
The reports must be signed off by the person in charge of supervision in the company with the name, date and company stamp. The statement/reading confirmation for the internship report can also be used for this purpose.
The General Internship Guideline (APr) of the Clausthal University of Technology contains the common regulations applicable to the recognition of industrial internships in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs of the Clausthal University of Technology.
After completion of the internship, they have 6 months to submit the report for recognition.
To apply for recognition, the Internship Office receives all internship documents online (by email to praktikantenamt@tu-clausthal.de, with pdf attachment).

No, it is sufficient if the stamp and signature of your supervisor are at the beginning or end of the internship report. Alternatively, you can also use the declaration / reading confirmation for the internship report.

Yes, please pay attention and, if necessary, ask the company to provide you with a certificate of internship. The certificate or attestation must contain the following information:
Training company, if necessary department, place, branch of industry
surname, first name, date and place of birth of the trainee
Beginning and end of the trainee's activity
breakdown of activities by area or type of activity and duration
explicit indication of the number of days of absence, even if no days of absence were incurred

Working time lost due to vacation, illness, holidays or other personal reasons must be made up. Overtime worked can be considered as compensation for missing working hours according to the company's certificate. If necessary, an extension of the contract should be requested in order to be able to coherently complete a section of the internship that has been started.
If, during the student's internship period, events are held by the university that are necessary for the continuation of the training (e.g. examinations, etc.) and the intern must interrupt his/her internship for this period, a maximum of 3 days off are permitted. Any days off in excess of this may be made up in order to receive full credit for the internship. Overtime worked can be considered as compensation for missing working hours, as certified by the company. If necessary, a contract extension should be requested.
